Wish I could put zero stars very much discrimination against black applicants.My daughter makes more than 3 times the rent which is ($1075)and was told by their investigation company that she needs a cosigner that makes 5 times the rent. Who does that?

Not recommend at all! The Building is very old. There was always a maintenance issue going on. The whole building was running only on one elevator. For the entire 11 month of my stay there the other elevator was under maintenance. The whole …Pegah, we are sorry that you have left Hampton Plaza with an unhappy experience. Please know that our rules and policies are clearly laid out in the leasing documents. Security deposits are only retained for clear violations and when that happens the reasons why are explained to the departing tenant. If you believe you have been treated unfairly please contact us in person so that we can discuss your complaints.
