We fought with the pharmacy for TWO DAYS whole days trying to get my grandmother her prescriptions she needed. They said they sent them, we drove all over town to find they never sent them anywhere. And when my grandma calls back AGAIN for the 6th time in 2 days, the lady hung up. So so so RUDE to hang up when she was just trying to say it’s too much for a woman her age to try and fight with the pharmacist about prescriptions she’s been on for years. Furthermore they had horrible attitudes yesterday when we went through to try and get it fixed. I get if you had a bad day, bad week. But nobody’s grandparent should have to breakdown just to get their meds to survive.. simply, be nice and patient.

Today I had went to Carbondale IL pharmacy to get a prescription filled. The actual pharmacist named Bergandi. She was so very nice, very friendly and took the time to answer any questions I may have had. Bergandi Is a valuable employee and a real asset that Walgreens should have.
