This is the 2nd time I've bought a living room set from Ashley. Each time I had shopped around and hit some of the other stores in my area and came away unimpressed in both selection and price. I had originally only planned to replace my son's loveseat from his room, but as soon as I walked into the store a couch and loveseat set caught my eye. It was the right color and comfort for what I was looking for. The sales manager Kolaiah was great to deal with and very helpful. I would definitely go back to my local store in the future.

Sales staff were friendly and helpful, but I purchased my items over a week ago and it was finally suppose to be delivered today between 8 and noon. 330 and haven't seen them and when I call all I get is voice mail.

I WISH I could give this place ZERO stars!! Never again will I buy ANYTHING from this store. The customer service was great whenever we went in looking for our sectional! We found one we really liked & decided it’d be a great addition to our home! The salesman was more than helpful, I think his name was Jeff. We were told that two pieces of our sectional were in stock at the warehouse, and the chaise had to be ordered in. We asked how long it would take for the chaise to arrive and we were told “no more than two weeks, since this is a pretty popular sectional”. Here we are two weeks later AND NO SECTIONAL. I had called and got an update a week after placing the order just to check in, the girl I spoke to on the phone was more than helpful. She had told me that it had been picked up and was making its way to the store and it should be there by September 13, 2022. All day goes by on the 13th and I had not yet received a call, so I call to get an update. First off, the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude & unhelpful… She had looked up my order & told me that IT HADN’T EVEN BEEN PICKED UP, “the broker had it”. And she said it would be about another week & then delivery would be scheduled for a week after that… We were promised two weeks by the salesman & were told we’d have a partial refund if that two week promise was not fulfilled. Which it hasn’t been, by the way this conversation went over the phone, it is now sounding like it’ll be another two weeks until we receive our furniture which puts us at a total of FOUR WEEKS!!!! My husband & I sold our couch and loveseat because we intended on having our new one within two weeks AS PROMISED, but nope. I asked for my delivery fee to be refunded since the two week promise was not fulfilled… This lady told me that the only way my delivery fee would be refunded was if I went & picked up the couch myself, which I could not do because it’s not in stock… I was told that I could not pick up the pieces in stock because I don’t have a scheduled delivery day, so I asked to schedule a day and was told the scheduling lady was not there. This has been an absolutely TERRIBLE experience for my husband and I as first time buyers from Ashley… Never again will I buy anything from this place who lies & makes promises they can’t keep.
