I’ve been a resident of the property for almost 2 years. The property only issues one parking pass per household. Meaning, if you and your family or you and your roommate have more than one vehicle, you will have to pay for parking in a separate parking garage. The parking garage is owned by a separate company and charges 90 per month for monthly parking. Greystar will compensate $40 to the bill but the renter is expected to pay the extra $50 on top of the rent they pay. If you park you vehicle in their FREE street parking area, they will tow your car unless you’re a “future guest”. However, as long as their tenants are not parked during their office hours the office will not have your car towed. The elevators within the property have been down on numerous occasions. Leaving residents to use one elevator or take flights of stairs. The maintenance person and cleaners are very pleasant. They make sure all things are handled promptly. However, for the rent prices tenants pay I would NEVER expect parking to be a problem. We pay for the parking garage, why are we not entitled to the option for additional parking passes? Why must a tenant pay for additional parking in a parking garage up the street for an apartment we pay 1600+ to rent from? If you’re a family with more than one vehicle please reconsider this property as a place to stay. It is a high ticket for mediocre to low amenities.

Issuing one parking permit per unit is absolutely ridiculous . Given the cost of rent in his facility , expecting tenants to pay an additional 100$ to Baltimore county to park ACROSS AND DOWN the street is absolutely ludicrous. When I initially moved in I was told that 2 spots would not be a problem and now they refuse to issue another .
