Tonight has a truly great burger. Went with the conflicted burger and what I got looked like the picture! Could taste and enjoy the two different patties. Best part - service was superb.

I don't eat red meat so I opted for the impossible burger 😋 it was pretty good. I only gave three stars @ the moment because I grabbed my food & rolled.. so with that being said I will return & next time I'm gonna go for the Vegan option..

I would have giving this particular employee a negative star, who was the female cook/preparer for the meals. The cashier greeted us and began taking our orders immediately although he was dealing with another customer placing an order over the phone (great multi-tasking). He continued to take our orders (7 ppl) and the female cook/preparer yelled to him not to take any orders because she had other orders to make. Although I understand how overwhelmed making several orders may be, but I just feel like she could’ve handled it differently. Customer service is key, but communication sets the foundation for great customer service. Unfortunately we were unable to experience the food at this location.

Your complaint won't matter, they send an automated message to everyone that basically says the same thing. Fill out a survey 👎👎Shame on you, it's disgusting and not acceptable to serve your clientele this excuse for food. My review seems to have been deleted so, therefore I will continue to leave one when it is. My fried onions!!! Cold food and nasty soggy fries. Go to McDonald's, they serve better food!!!
