I picked out two different pairs of shoes and neither had the right mate with it and the mate was nowhere in the store.Someone out there has two left Nike slides and a size 9 and a size 11 boot as a pair!

I bought a pair of men's pumas, drove over 2.5 hours home, only to realize I got 2 RIGHT shoes. Do employees not check the shoes anymore? When I contacted the store number, it told me that they aren't accepting calls at the moment. And when I called the 800 number, the lady apologized, and told me that the left shoe would be mailed to me with a shipping label to mail one of the right shoes back to the store. Iy's been almost a month and I have yet to recieve anything in the mail. Customer service is just straight up TRASH.

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.

I paid for expedited shipping and it didn't arrive when it was supposed to, why?

Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, then the Friday before and the Monday after should be considered as a holiday for purposes of processing an order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day. SHOE SHOW, INC. is not responsible for late orders due to schedules set by the delivery company. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or holidays (and weekends should not be included in transit-time calculations). We do not ship shoes outside of the U.S. Gift cards will be shipped separately.
