Was looking for a new GP and called them on a Tuesday, but was forced to leave a message. Didn’t hear back, so I emailed them on Thursday. Didn’t hear back to I messaged them on Saturday through their website. Someone contacted me on Sunday via email asking which office I was trying to reach, and still didn’t hear from them on Monday. When an office can’t be bothered to call a new patient after multiple contact attempts, it’s obvious they’re attentiveness would be lacking in many places.

If I could give 0 stars I would . I was called in for a ultrasound for kidney issues and as soon as I arrived for my appointment I was told they don’t do ultrasounds. I was told it was miscommunication but I was the one who received the call to make a appointment. I was told to speak to the practice manager but she was no where to be found. Very disorganized and very careless .
