I booked a section a week in advance for Halloween weekend for a group of friends, when I got there they didn’t have the section reserved for me even after showing the messages that I received from head of house person. The guys working the door were saying I needed a “vip card” but how do I have if I’ve never been there prior to get one? Nobody that was working knew who Will was, which left us out to dry with no section.

I’ve been here at least 5 times in 2021, the entertainment is extremely inconsistent. One weekend a Friday night will be better than the Sat night and the next weekend is vice versa. It’s a risk. Photo posted was on a Saturday night while DJ Mayhem, who is trash, was deejaying. More people were sitting at booths or standing on the floor talking, than dancing. We heard more song transition scratches than actual music, the DJ would change the songs halfway through if you request, or played songs from 1999. I’ve been here some nights tho and they’ve had a great DJ and the atmosphere was perfect. It needs consistency. Invest in a good DJ and keep them!
