I've been a patient of Jennifer Haynes for almost two years for my anxiety and depression. All the medications she has prescribed me over the years hasn't worked. So she referred me to a psychiatrist so she could prescribe me the medications that may work better. I waited two months for an appointment and she put me on two medications which Jennifer decided one wasn't necessary and didn't send it to the pharmacy. So basically I waited two months to be prescription Prozac which Jennifer herself could have prescribed me to try herself. Makes no sense to me. She makes zero sense and doesn't respond to voicemails and disregards the medication needed by my psychiatrist. I shouldn't have had to wait two months when she herself has prescribed me every other medication except the ones doctors usually try first. Her actions are really disturbing. Perscribing me 15 different meds that didn't work and totally disregards the medication the psychologist suggest.

I would first like to start by saying it is with a heavy heart I write this review. The front desk and my previous physician have always been amazing. That being said, my previous physician left and has been replaced by what I believe to be a robot. Andrea Matthews my previous physicians replacement not only informed me that despite my previous provider having prescribed my medication for the past year, adjusting it as needed, that she would no longer do so and that I had to wait until I could see a specialist before continuing on said medication. I was then scolded like a child for testing positive for THC, after having just visited California. I am 34 years old, have my Juris Doctore and am CEO of my own company, but the doctor clearly knows what is best for me. I know this due to her awesome 1 star reviews from her previous employment in Maryland. Major complaints included lack of empathy, zero connection to the patients, talking down to others, feeling like they were being scolded by a parent, and lots of other wonderful reviews. I don't see her lasting long here, but until she is gone unfortunately I can not recommend anyone run the risk of having to deal with someone although clearly was the top of her class, has never actually related to a human being in her entire life. Again this is not about the facility but the terrible excuse of a provider Andrea Matthews...... Feel free to Google her name and check out the wonderful reviews for yourself.

I have been a patient for 5 years I like the doctors and staff but the in organization is second rate. I DO NOT get call backs after automated said I would. the wait time is rediculus. I know Dr I is thorough but schedule appt farther apart to stop some wait time. out time is just as important..to have to be here 15 minutes before scheduled appt makes no sense. if u r new yes paperwork. but other than that no. we NEVER get called at or near scheduled time.

I have been going to LRM South Strand for about 7years! It is wonderful, all of the staff members, are professional, caring and polite! Lisa Hamilton has always been so helpful to me, when certain situations have come up she helps to resolve them quickly! I have been seeing Jennifer Haynes for years and she is wonderful, very caring and knowledgeable. LRM South Strand has been an absolute blessing to me and may I add very affordable, great Health Care, I highly recommend them.
