The Marion County Housing Authority personnel are extremely helpful and show the utmost empathy towards those in need of a helping hand, just when they think their all out of options, when it comes to housing and the possibility of facing the harsh reality of becoming homeless. They may not have all of the answers your looking for, but they do everything they can to guide you in the right direction by providing you with various types of information to hopefully open new doors that you didn't realize were open to you.

Small animals yes
It depends on if they have one open. I know its took people a couple months to get one but for me it was with in a day or two.
