I had to have my horn sent to Alton because this tech in Centralia is discriminatory against people with disabilities. Had to drive two and a half hours 200 plus miles and no discount for a simple repair I will never use them again thinking about taking legal action.

Neil, the gentleman that runs this store is top of the line, I've been to music stores where they act like they don't want you to touch anything and some of this I understand, but I enjoyed the time I spent there and the prices were right, I will buy my next guitar from Neil
