I’ve been calling since Monday to see about renting here no answer and the voicemail box cuts me off. I couldn’t imagine trying to reach them as a tenant I would be super upset, it’s giving unprofessional already.

Their 5-star reviews were paid for via rent credits. Run as far away from them as you can. 🙂 Best of shape? Aww, did you have to replace two sets of blinds (that cost $5/ea) and clean an oven and wipe down a refrigerator drawer? Yeah, nice try to discredit a review that you know is true. We rented for two years and all you had to do was slap some paint on the walls, fix 2 blinds, and clean an appliance. Consider yourself lucky—I’ve seen what renters can do. Your apartment could be burning down and they wouldn’t answer. Numerous times over the two years we contacted and emailed and would finally receive a response 2-3 weeks later. It took me over a month to try and renew my lease, I finally got “lucky” and talked to somebody. I wasn’t lucky at all, I was just so surprised someone answered the phone. I bet you’re very responsive the first time someone misses a rent a payment.

I toured a location in Belleville last Tuesday and the woman was very rude. Also, you post a price online and upon contact the price changes. So is the price online wrong or are you trying to be malicious? I can find numerous examples of this. Do you not edit the listing to reflect the actual price, or are you trying to reel in more interest from people and sneakily raising the price after contact? Doesn’t seem legit. Be cautious.

I love it here. Close to my college campus. Unfortunately have to move in a month and it makes me very sad to have to leave a place I’ve lived for 7 years 😞
