This facility is about 100x better than Indianapolis' Greyhound/Amtrak station and many others and really is quite nice considering the size of the area's population.

You guys need more friendly security guards not ones who cuss at the people waiting for buses and after being there for 5 minutes and their bus comes in 20 telling them to leave

I ride the buses daily because of a disability that I have I don't drive. I have noticed that alot of their drivers are very rude. When asking a question of the route or anything they have information to to get me where I need be they are very disrespectful. I have myself went through lots of difficult rude and very disrespectful situations, also see alot of rude encounters others have went through. I was on a route where I saw a disabled black female getting on a bus with her having a walker and having a hard time already getting on the bus she asked the driver if she could sit in one of the front seats. He made a smart remark to her and as it states in many places on all buses people with disabilities have priority of having the seats in front. He instead told to do as she can and for her to ask them the people did not move neither did he ask them to. These drivers for some reason have become very rude and unkind and I find this hard to deal with when the MTD buses are your only way of transportation. I do feel something needs to be done about it because it's not right. If they don't like their job of dealing with others then the option is to find another job. The MTD is highly under staffed as well. After making several other complaints of situations I have had with 3 different drivers and no action has been taken I'm loosing my patients. I know and feel the drivers don't care at all, that also is not right.
