Stopped by today, first time customer. They quickly got the gears adjusted on an old bike I acquired from a family member and looked over it for me. The technician who serviced it was very informative and filled me in on some of the details on the older bike before I get out on it. I was impressed by the customer service and will return for future service or when time comes for a new one.

Hello- thanks for asking- we are asking that all of our staff and customers where masks and social distance themselves in our stores. We're limiting access to four sets of people at a time. We are also greeting customers outside the store. At our Big Bend location on Saturday's we have a service leader in outdoors checking in bikes and routing customers. We have masks and handsanitzer if you need it by our front doors.
