Never pick up the phones, been trying to reach them for two weeks now. And today I have been on hold for two hours without even speaking to anyone, going to see how long till they hang up on me. What a joke. Good luck with renews and registration of your watercraft.

I guess they lost my boat registration documents. I am trying to get registration on a new boat for more than 1.5 years. They stopped responding to my emails and they don't pickup the phone. I wish there was a way to escalate my case.

No those square devices are NOT life jackets and do not count as one. You can use the brick or 2 liter if you wish just be sure you know where you are because you will NOT be anchored to anything. And you WILL BE MOVING with the current or the wind. Better spend a few dollars on the life jacket and a proper anchor before you go out in that boat.

It depends on what you're calling for. If it's hunting, fishing, or boat related you can definitely just walk in. If it's a unique question that can't be answered using the FAQ section on the website, you might want to call first before going in.
If you go into their office or call, you should be able to find out that information.
It depends on your disability. You'll have to call or go into the permit window to check.
How about contacting animal control instead of natural resources for starters.
Been waiting months for boat title and registration to come back
Yes. There is visitor parking on the north side of the building. Go in the north entrance and the service counter is to your right.
On September 8, 2017 the Governor signed a bill legalizing crossbows as an archery device. There is no longer any specialized permit required to use a crossbow as a hunting device.
