I am tired to ask for service. I guess I have to beg to service my dad's boat. I called and sent to maintenance last week. I called back to give them a message. Today I called whether I left a message. I did and to the same person I spoke with..?? This operation is a hobby...don't do business here.

I bought a great pontoon boat from B and R Marine for good price and they sold my old on consignment. They sold it for a very good price. The whole process could not have gone better. A special thanks to PJ. Highly recommend B and R Marine if you looking for a boat.

Requested fuel to be drained from Yamaha 2004 90 hp 2 stroke. I gave Fred permission to rebuild the carburetors and replace fuel filter, if necessary. He told me it won't be necessary because he got it to run. When I picked it up it appeared to still have 7 gallons. Of course the engine didn't run when I took it home. Upon further investigation I drained carbs and still found contaminated old fuel. He later told me he only got the engine to run on his portable tank and not the tank enclosed in the boat which was the whole reason I took it him in the first place. What a joke. I right then and there decided I will never buy a new engine from them either. A shame if I get taken once, but stupid if I let happen again. What a bunch of rinky dinks.

Great customer service, they answered all my questions, and I had a lot of em. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new boat to give em a look.

Did ur mechanic go to school to fix boats cause we’ve had ours there 3 times now & it still isnt fixed & after we’ve paid over $700 too . This is ridiculous , its worse now than when we first brought it there

I didn't verify his credentials to be honest. Personally I would speak to management, along with the mechanic, and explain your concerns. It's frustrating when this happens but the real test is how they deal with it at this stage. Service after the service! I'd be interested in follow up if you get time.
