My mother and I both needed dresses altered for a wedding. The people in the back who did the alterations did an amazing job. However Holly up front was not pleasant to work with. She seemed very unorganized every time we came in for our appointments. On our last fitting, we payed even though she kept one of the dresses to do one last adjustment. When we came to pick up the second dress (which was already payed for) she got into an argument with my mother claiming we never payed for any of the alterations when my mom had proof on her debit card statements that we did. Holly was very unprofessional with us.

I had my wedding dress altered here last year. I was quite nervous due to the intricate lace detail. Every appointment I had went 10/10 smooth, very fast and efficient. Even for the day I was running late they were still quite accommodating. I went back for a bridesmaids dress and received the same wonderful service! Both dresses looked beautiful and fit perfectly. I highly recommend supporting this small family business! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my wedding dress.

HollyAnn was such a pleasure to work with! From the time I bought my dress to when it came in I had lost some weight. Even after the first alterations I had lost more weight. If it can be done HollyAnn would be the one to do it she is amazing we practically redid my entire wedding dress she has made a couple of skirts from me from scratch she is phenomenal I have complete faith she can do it
