They were extremely nice and helpful. I had bought and installed a replacement window from eBay that left me with a gap that allowed water to enter. This place replaced my window and saved the eBay one. When I arrived to pick up my car they had packaged the old window and was basically ready to be returned to eBay. That was something they didn’t need to do but was pleasantly surprised by it.

I am very disappointed with Safelite. Windshield cracked Monday. Was able to get a same day appointment, in Pasadena (I'm in LA). Drove to Pasadena, in rush hour traffic, only to be told the technician with my windshield was off that day. They set up another appointment to come to my job today, they never even looked at my car while I was there. The technician gets to my job, and he has the wrong windshield. So now I have to wait till next week and keep my fingers crossed in hopes they will bring and have the right windshield. I'm so frustrated with them it's unbelievable.

Horrible customer service. I changed a windshield in Nov 2021. The guy broke my modling. Called in their warranty number and the guy their said he's gonna get a quote from the dealer for the new part and will call me back within two days. One month later no one came, no one called. I started calling them regularly onlyto find that I reached them during not opearating hours. Really? all day??? Three months later called managed to reach a person who said they're going to look into in it and solve the problem. We're in March 2022 the modling is still broken. Avoid at all cost!!!
