We ordered 6-7 of the umbrellas. Within 30-45 days 4 of the umbrellas were broken and unable to use. We contacted the Umbrella store about the warranty and were told that we would have to ship the umbrellas back at our expense or we could pay $40 shipping for each umbrella and then keep the broken ones. Total cost $160 to replace $210 umbrellas that we already bought. Not a good product and a terrible warranty.

Yes, we have auto tilt, glide tilt, push button tilt, crank lift no tilt, and manual lift with a pin. We offer commercial and residential umbrellas in the 7.5 foot octagon umbrellas.

No, we do not do repairs on umbrellas. We have parts for Treasure Garden, Galtech umbrellas and California Umbrellas. We do not stock any parts. All of parts are drop shipped from the vendors.
