PLEASE NOTE - They are closed for lunch from 12:30 until 1:45. (Late lunch for most people.) When they say they are closed - they are closed. Don't bet on getting in early or late. Pricing is a moving target. Introductory package price is fair but when it expires the price shoots WAY up without much warning. If you try to cancel they transfer you to the "loyalty department" since they don't have a cancellation department. You can beg for loyalty packages and get the price down if you let them know you are ready to cancel but again a short term fix before the price rebounds. The actual service for me was not too bad - the pricing and customer service were the problems.

Internet is fast...when it works. As a person who enjoys gaming and does not have cable so wifi is crucial to stream anything, I cannot stay connected to an online lobby for more than 20 minutes or watch a movie before the wifi loses connection. My system is even plugged into an ethernet cable! Very happy to be switching to American Fiber soon because this service is just downright awful. We even had a Mediacom tech come to our house to replace our modem in the last week and nothing as changed whatsoever. I highly recommend people look elsewhere for their internet.

I would rather NOT have any cable or internet service than to come back to this worthless company. I was forced to use them, that was all available in this area. Ive had these idiots for a year and a half, they were at my house every other month to "fix" the problem. Ive lived all over the United states and 4 different countries, this company IS THE WORST EVER ANYWHERE. UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL, and overall WORTHLESS! Go with ANYONE else!
