The staff was professional and caring. They spent the time that was needed to learn about my Mom to give her the best services possible. They recognized how hard this process was for me as an individual having to acknowledge Mom needed outside care, and that the process of creating a comprehensive care plan for her was, at times, difficult for me. Have to have a car and insurance and be willing to help the elderly ppl in. Light chores cooking dressing feeding put to bed or get up showers brush teeth put hearing aids in and run errands .....note not all clients have all these requirements
