First time experience...I'm scared of heights but this wasn't that bad.. some numbness At first .lol...but there's a panic button to bring u down and let you off if nee to be ..but I doubt you will need it ..so what I'm trying to say is that if you've been putting this off due to being scared of heights...don't bc your cheating yourself out of a ton of fun 😊

SINCERE THANKS FROM CANADA! My husband and I, and our friend, had a wonderful experience at the St. Louis Wheel. The process to buy the tickets, to wait in line a few minutes, to take the photographs, to enjoy the ride, everything was easy and pleasant. The staff was very welcoming and the ride felt very safe and very comfortable, allowing us to view the city of St. Louis in a unique way. When we returned to Montreal, we realized that we had lost the professional pictures ''somewhere''. I took a chance and I called the organization and I spoke to Danielle and also to her husband Carl; both of them went way beyond our expectations to find our pictures and then to give us the code to retrieve them. This is really a FIRST CLASS OPERATION!!! We are so happy and so thankful. We highly recommend this attraction and we are sure that you will have an amazing time like we did!

Yes you can purchase online anytime. Pick your date and you have that entire day to get on. Scanned tickets from phone. Line times depend on time people tend to go...

Each gondola seats 8 passengers, and there will be 42 gondolas on the wheel, so that gives a total capacity of 336 passengers at any given time.
There's no reservations needed just walk up to the line.
I would get it there that way if you change your mind your not out of the money.....
If you bought tickets for a specific day and can’t make it.. they are good for 90 days.
Tuesday, sunset 25-30 minutes in line. The line got longer as it got later

I believe the gondolas accommodate eight.
The Koi pond by Landrys? There is no time limit. It's an open area, boardwalk with gumball machine type containers to buy a handful of food. There are a few benches to sit as well.
No we only seen the stand up scooters to rent. No sit down ones.
I believe they are only for the day purchased but if you aren’t able to make it the on the day purchased you can call customer service and I’m sure they’ll take care of you.
You can, but it is not required.

Nope! Your barcode from your email may be scanned as a convenient alternative.
Not hard at all. There's a ramp up the wheel. Just a few steps to get into the Gondola, otherwise it's easy as pie.
You can buy tickets in the place without any problem!
They have an Aquarium, a Carousel, mini-golf, a mirror maze and 1 other thing. Just check out the website for Union Station the prices for everything will be on there.
