Very disappointed and feel overall defeated. I got tested for strep and covid and when both of those came back negative, they wrote it off as an upper respiratory infection because that's "what's going around" even though that didn't add up with my symptoms. I even tried to request a test for something that I have had before and they refused to do so because they couldn't get results back the same day. They really did the bare minimum to get me out after I was there for 2 hours and now I'm going to have to take an extra day off work to go to the ER tomorrow.

My French grandma and I had the best experience today.Our nurse practitioner was Kelsey. She took her time and really listened to what my grandma needed. I have never seen such great customer service from a doctor before. Beyond happy that my Grandma will have an attentive doctor to go to when she needs care. A++ care when you are seen by Kelsey.

I can't describe how disappointed I am with my visit. You think when your doctor can't help you and an er visit isn't possible they'd help you but they don't really care. They check the boxes and get you out. Tried calling back and saying the meds they gave me weren't covered and they refused to help me. Very disappointed. Think twice before going here.

Was very rude towards my son. Jabbed swab up his nose so hard he had a nose bleed. Came in to be tested for CoVid and was treated disrespectfully.
