Yesterday I was feeling horrible I had a sore throat that started the day before so I made an appointment for 3:20 at the location on Douglas I arrived at 3:17 I had done all my paperwork for check in online it was me and one other patient in the waiting area after about 10 mins another patient came in and requested a sports physical they gave her paperwork and she sat down about 5 or 10 mins later they called back the patient that was there before me at about 3:45 they called back the sports physical that came in after me I went to the window to see why she was called back before me and was told by receptionist that she doesn’t know what they do in the back after she checks people in I decided to go to the location in Choctaw which is closer to my house anyway I got there was seen the staff there is always amazing my only complaint is I was supposed to be prescribed a medication I went to pharmacy after my visit at 5pm and there was nothing there I was feeling really bad so after waiting about 30 mins I just went home I called at 11am next morning to be told that they were unable to electronically send over script the night before so they could call it in now I never received a phone call telling me it was a issue with the script so I suffered through the night because of no communication I did receive a call back saying it had been called in and I really appreciate that

Everyone was great the only problem we had was I didn't get in the back until an hour after my appointment time and I arrived 15/20 mins early And I waited an hour in the back. Other then that it's a great place.
