I had an eye injury bleeding. I sat there for over an hour finally I told the Secutary I was going elsewhere. Thhere were no people there but me n one other person. Will never go back there. And will. Not recommend it to anyone

Our nurse and doctor were nice and professional. Wasn’t as fast as normal. Big concern: my daughter needed the restroom. While we were in the restroom we left the door open, and when we came out the door was closed. We entered the room and there was a nurse in there with another patient. She immediately apologized and moved her patient to another room. However it was obvious that the other patient was ill, and I did not feel comfortable staying in that room. We stood by the door until the nurse came back and she said that she would wipe down the chair and that that was the only thing she touched. However Covid, strep, flu, and other viruses are airborne. So I was concerned about being in the room. The nurse wiped down the chair. I stood in the room with the door open and waited for the doctor. My daughter didn’t feel good so laid on the bed. We got my daughter’s positive strep diagnosis and script, and we left. This was a different nurse than we were assigned to. I feel this is a health hazard. Mistakes happen, but my daughter and I, as well as the other patient, were put at risk. I feel we should have been given a new room. It’s possible one wasn’t available.
