Disappointed with NAPA AUTO IN LEES SUMMIT..No one now days working in these part stores are knowledgeable of anything. I asked the guy behind the desk if he could help with battery cables as far as knowing which gauge to buy, he told me "he wouldn't know because the computer wouldn't tell him" so to pick his brain I asked if he knew if the positive cable went to the starter or the body of the car his reply was " yeah I wouldn't know I don't know about cars" 🤦NAPA WHO ARE YOU HIRING AND WHY ARE YOU HIRING THOSE WHO NOTHING ABOUT CARS.....????

Manager couldn't be bothered to look at my email receipt showing order was to be delivered and part of the bucket promo. Instead, I picked it up 2 days late and with no bucket. See pics. Store manager accused me of clicking the wrong button when the emails prove otherwise. My order was not delivered nor did I receive my bucket. See photos.
