I'm grateful that they exist. People talk about shutting it down. Where would people who don't have the means send their loved ones? We need to be supportive. If there's something you don't agree with, why don't you ask for a meeting to make things better? Every place has its good and bad. I have heard positive news from here from people that went to visit our loved one. He's thriving. Before this place, he was on the road to death. You have to put your part in as well. That's just a fact of life. No one is perfect, but we can help each other and build each other up. Have a positive day. Spread love, compassion and support instead. Change does happen if you do your part :)

We are opening a women's center in Carlinville that is due to be open in September. Until then we refer most people to Diane's house in St Louis Missouri

My son has been addicted for 15 years. He is 34 years old. He is on Disability and carries their insurance as well as private insurance. He is currently on a psych ward after a suicide drug overdose. He has been in recovery programs many times.

My grandson needs help, he has nowhere to live, hes using ice and marijuana that I know of. He just got out of prison for heroin, andtheft a little over a year ago. Hes 26 years old. I am 70 years old and am raising 2 of my great granddaughters.
