The mattress is great. The problem was with box spring. One of the corners collapsed. They exchanged it no problem BUT they charged us $75 delivery fee to deliver the replacement for their defective item. It isn’t so much the cost it’s the principle. It was defective. They should be willing to deliver it free. They do give you the option to to pick up the new one and return the the defective one with no charge. Unfortunately I have no way of doing that. VERY disappointed! We were going to buy another queen mattress and box spring but we have decided to go else where.
