Had a mechanic take my money and not fix my problem. Had to take my vehicle to another mechanic to get it fixed correctly. Invoices were provided as evidence and the same vehicle was driven to court. This court dismissed my case stating not enough evidence. They essentially let the first mechanic rob me. The defendant never even showed up! Thanks

If it is a civil summons you need, you'll go in the magistrates office and file. Any magistrate location can help you.

Can you just walk in and request to see the Magistrate?
