Came to do laundry and neither of the cash to laundry card machines are working. And I already put my laundry in and all my detergent. The place is filthy. Clearly management isn’t keeping up with their duties. Very disappointed because I come here weekly.

Good place when the hotel's machines don't work. They have small, medium, and large load washers. You'll need $3 exactly in bills to first purchase a machine card. Then fill up your card with credits afterwards. There's an ATM for convenience and vending machine for detergent and softener.
