They don't answer phones or reply to request from their own 800 number. Had tried several times to communicate with no luck! If they avoid their own corporate office calls you know what that says about their passion for the consumer!

These people really need to paint the parking lot. It makes it impossible to park, cars park to close to you or take up two Parking spaces since there are no lines. Whenever you deposit a check make sure it says the right amount on screen because I have deposited checks and then it says the wrong amount usually over 400 less I end up calling they investigate and give me my money buts it’s really annoying going through the process. FIX THE ATM AND PAINT THE LINES and I will update my review. Thank you. UPDATE:: thanks for you reply I have sent an email.

great customer service, it takes a while to get pass the line line but the presentation and problem solving makes this bank unique!
