Was supposed to be given a 3 months supply of my prescription but when I got home I realized that I was given 2 months supply but charged for 3 months supply. So I called them the next morning to let them know of the error and the pharmacist realized the error and told me I can just c stop by and the rest of the prescription would be ready. On my arrival later that morning nobody knew about this. I explained the situation to a girl at the pharmacy and she told me that I was charged for the 2 months only. I explained that I had paid for 3 months but only received 2 months. Then she also checked and realized that there was an error on there behalf. She told me to come back later to pick up the rest. I asked if she could fill now while I was there and she said " No we're going to lunch and won't be back till 2:30." The a guy walked passed the girl that I was talking with and he told her "We are closed for lunch now let go, come on come on." I left as you can imagine a little upset. I called later after 3pm to check on the prescription and the automated message said that my prescription would be ready th next day at 5:55 pm. Didn't receive any message so I decided to go and at my arrival again nobody new of my prescription again 😒. I had to explain the whole process again and finally after 45 minutes of waiting I got the rest of my prescription. Very unprofessional and very scary to trust these people with prescription drugs when nobody knows what going on at this CVS location. I will be contacting corporate to let them know because I don't think these people should represent CVS pharmacy.

My MD sent in my prescription around 11 am called the pharmacy to see if it was ready around 7:00 pm I was on hold for over an hour drove to CVS while still on hold got into the pharmacy they had no one in line. They said it would be another 15 minutes they close at 9 this is really unprofessional and unacceptable they need to do better.

Trying to call this pharmacy is a nightmare. Called 4x on separate days and placed on hold for 5 to 10 mins. and no one picks up. I had to go each time wasting time and gas just to inquire about my Rxs. I never had a single call answered. The techs are good though in person and the waiting time in store is fair.

Worst pharmacy ever. My doctor sent in the prescription and it took them more than 24 hours to fill. Showed up the next day and they said it wasn’t ready. I got home and they text me that it was ready for pickup. Being incompetent with peoples medicine is a sin. I’ll NEVER do business with them again.

Yes. I believe you can. Contact your local CVS Pharmacy and also download the CVS app from your phone’s App Store to see if they are currently scheduling appointments for the Pfizer booster shot.
