Verizon didn't help me after 4 trips and 4 different people, even after several calls to customer service. They still wanted to change my plan and charge me an extra $40 a month. Went to IFix next door and they had my phone fixed in 5 mins no charge.

Employees wearing masks but customers not. After waiting while kids played all over furniture while parent watched ( no masks) I was suppose to use same area with no sanitizing??

The store on Malabar has good customer service but only get the service connected there. All other accessories can be found on Amazon for less than half the cost.
