My daughter went to the salon to do a wash blow dry and a silk press, it was made clear that it was only a inch will be clip from her hair, now my daughter came home with her hair all cut off ,not evenly cut and with 8" cut off with hair looking like a bad wig. Am not happy with how her hair look and when its comes to her hair i don't play with scissors. ( Bayside lakes location)

Booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a hairstyle. Arrived at appointment and was told my stylist had 2 walk-ins and was not available for my appointment. Stylist given to me stated she was not able to perform hairstyle I had booked and reviewed with the stylist I was supposed to have. Requested for my stylist to trade off and perform my style as I had an appointment and we had reviewed my hairstyle and was denied. Extremely dissatisfied and so disappointed in this location and company.

I had a wonderful experience at Hair Cuttery! Marcello did my hair treatment including a single color, gloss, and haircut. Everything turned out beautifully! He has a great energy and light that made the entire experience enjoyable. Definitely going back again! Would recommend to anybody looking for a quick color and cut for good price and a great result.
