Was nothing like online description. The grounds were in bad shape and the clientele was sketchy to be nice. Our room was dirty and falling apart. Cobwebs were everywhere, filth accumulated in every corner, mold in the falling down bathroom ceiling. It literally brought tears to my eyes. I was mortified that these conditions were acceptable to so many people. If code enforcement were to visit I’m confident they would condemn 50% of the rooms if not more. Worst hotel in my entire life…literally!

Don’t, just don’t. Wife made reservations for my kids to go to legoland, pulled up, should have driven away right then and there. This building should be demolished. Super sketchy. We were thankfully able to get a reservation in Orlando. Never actually saw the room. Best decision I’ve ever made. The only thing holding this structure together are roaches holding hands and bad decisions.

By far the dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in. Walking in it smelt like bugs and mildew. I seen 3 roaches the minute I walked in the door. I have pictures of the bathroom wall in room 359 where someone used the wall for to keep their boogers. And I guess cleaning staff never felt the need to bleach, wipe or scrape them off. The ac does not work and a fan runs all night I don’t think the temp went under 78° all night. The only reason I stayed was I was HOURS from home came in late and had two toddlers in tow. and knew I’d only be there for 6 hours. Please stay away from this hotel it is filthy.

poor customer service. The girls at the front desk are either clueless or just don't care. Ants in the room. Broken tub faucet. Paper thin walls so rowdy guests kept our small kids awake all night. We stay here to go to LegoLand, but we will never stay here again. I'd rather pay more for a better hotel. Don't stay here! We regret it!
