Great Great service, the gentleman named Carl should be the GM of the place. I called the day before and he took really good care of my family and myself. Not only did he take care of us he also took care of my buddy and his family as well and got us rooms right across from another. Once we arrived he (Carl) gave us first class service, very helpful knowledgeable. It’s been a long time since we had phenomenal customer service, thank you Carl for the absolute best service. Highly recommend this place because of him. The hotel is very clean and recommend it to anyone who wants piece of mind.

Positive: Our room was clean and fresh. We had plenty of bath towels and toiletries. The breakfast area was also clean and had a great variety to choose from. All staff encountered were pleasant and helpful. A lot of restaurants in walking distance as well.

Door needed a new battery installed before we could enter our room. Staff was very quick to fix it. Everything else was fine. Breakfast was good.

We stayed a couple days in this hotel couple days ago. Nice and clean hotel, good location. I want to thank the cleaning department and receptions because my kid left his favorite stuff animal buddy there and they mailed it back to my house. They were very kind and patient during the communication process. Thank you so much!
