This review is for the sales team at Sullivan-Parkhill in Champaign - I worked with Dale to find a vehicle after nearly 6 months of looking, and found a beautiful certified pre-owned Buick that was in nearly new condition for a great deal. Dale has TONS of experience in the auto industry, and I knew I was in great hands working with him. My husband can be skeptical of dealerships and typically dreads working with salesmen, but even he was glad to have had Dale helping us. His knowledge, care, and honesty were greatly appreciated and we didn't want to let it go unnoticed! We also had a good experience with their financing team and didn't feel rushed, ignored, or upsold on things we didn't want (as we've felt previously with another dealership in the CU area I won't mention!). I'm so excited to finally be in a new (to me) vehicle I LOVE, and am so grateful to the S-P team for helping us make it work for our budget!
