I come to this Starbucks because it’s right down the street from my house but for the last few times I have ordered to go drinks for pick up and they always mess up my order, the drink was super messy on top and then when you go back inside to ask nicely to fix something, and they give you an attitude like you’re the problem. Specifically the skinny white girl with arm tattoos she is very rude and we will be taking a break from coming to this one for morning pick ups! I would go to the one on Kettleman & Hutchins, they always get my drinks right and they’re always super nice! It’s 6:41 AM and you just started your shift, your tables are dirty and you have a bad attitude! Fast service is appreciated when you do it right, it’s better to wait a few minutes longer to receive what I paid for, versus wasting both of our time. I would highly suggest retraining your employees on customer service or new management!

Not a good Starbucks to do mobile orders from. You wait a long time after your order is expected to be ready and they don't acknowledge that your standing there. They look at you but don't say anything.

I go to Starbucks a lot34-5 times a week. This Starbucks has the worst customer service. I get Venti and my cup is never filled, barely to 3/4 of the way.
