Aubrey was a very helpful and polite person in the Lumberton, NC store; unfortunately, here work was not accepted by the company once again. I have spent many days now on this same problem and I am becoming very disappointed with the company Verizon as a whole.

Order a phone online and hours later they don't have it. You can't call the store directly to avoid driving an hour for nothing. The number that you can call goes to a call center that can't tell you anything. I thought spectrum customer service was bad but this is a new low.

I visited the Lumberton store today and I had a horrible experience. I was left waiting for a hour while I was skipped three times with my pregnant wife and child. When I brought it to their attention I was still not helped and was ignored I will never go back Verizon needs to do better. Horrible customer service.

You can get all the help opening an account. Try closing a line & you'll be met with the least amount of help you can possibly get from a service provider. Post reply update: I went in again & they still wouldn't help with cancelling service/closing a line lol.
