Rooms were ok, no microwaves in the rooms, housekeeping didn't clean the room daily, thr showers values where stripped and tricky to turn on the drains for the tubs are hit or miss if they will work right

I have been here 10 minutes and wish we had left when the front desk agent was rude to us. Filthy bathroom upon check in, the phone is not even able to be plugged in or attached to the wall to call downstairs, they offered for us to switch rooms after unloading all our stuff and I asked them to clean it instead. Was initially asked to call ahead upon check in to let them know we had made a reservation in the middle of the night so they “didn’t give our room away” when I was pretty sure that’s why you make reservations?! Why does this hotel expect their guests to do everything when they pay to stay here? Yikes. Will not book here again.

We were pleasantly surprised by this convenient hotel in Madison, FL. It was clean, staff, was attentive and seemed like they liked their jobs because they treated us well. You do feel like you're in the country and so it was very relaxing. They had a pool but we didn't try it out. The free breakfast was great- sausage, eggs, biscuits and heavy. There was cereal, yogurt and fruit
