Checked in online at 3:45 on June 12th for a 4:00 appointment and showed up right at 4:00 only to be told they wouldn't have time to get to me. There were 2 stylists working and they each had a person in their chair, with only 2 people waiting. Sounds like the manager needs to look into their staffs habits.

I have no idea. When my mother & I went there was only 1 person working. She said whomever was supposed to open didn't show or call.
