On Tuesday I took my old Acer computer into Grant. The processor was just old and worn out. Grant was able to upgrade me to a Lenovo Think Centre and transfer all of my information from my old computer. He gave me a great deal, ($450 w/Labor) for this type of PC. It is faster than anything I have used previously even from work! I was able to take it home on Thursday and I couldn't be more pleased! I highly recommend Portland Support Computer Repair on SW Canyon.

My computer had some very complex issues and Grant fixed it with patience and care. What is remarkable about Portland Support Computer Repair is their excellent communication and kindness. He knew how how dependent I am on my computer for work and he was so kind and patient with me; even though I was anxious. He also was fair with his pricing and guaranteed his work. The ambiance of the repair shop is also awesome. There are all of these kitschy souvenirs and funny antiques. It has a super laidback mom and pop store vibe. Service was great, professional, and friendly, and the quality of the work was fantastic. They totally saved my old Mac mini that was operating at a glacial pace. The price was comparable to flaky dudes operating out of their apartments, only every other aspect of the experience was far superior. As a lifelong Eastsider, I never cross the river. I drove all the way to SW Portland for these guys, and I'd do it again.
