The blonde cab driver was stopped at the red light on mile hill today. She stopped to let me out and after looking both ways to make sure it was clear, I started going and the cab lady had also started to go. The light was still red and she almost caused an accident. Professional drivers need to be more careful. I tried to call manager and phone is disconnected!

As a Driver, I have to say that at times we may not make it on time at times, but remember there are a lot of people that do appreciate and use our services, and at times our customers take a bit longer than expected. What also helps too is when ya call for a taxi ride, be ready when we pull up, rather than makin the cab wait for 15-20 minutes until you decide to come out to the cab. Just a bit of helpful advice, not trying to be rude. We continue to strive towards perfection, be it that we are just humans, here to assist other humans. Stay Healthy, Stay Free!

Today was the very first time I experienced really bad service. Miscommunication with dispatcher. Then the female diver honking horn to get my attention. She then said I cant lift things. I then didnt brong my walker due to what she said. I told her what I told dispatcher I was not going to pay twice, since I have limited funds for tip. They dropped me & left and the never took my call for my return ride. How rude is that and bad treatment for a disabled person. They blocked my calls.
