The managers Katie and Charlie are professional and friendly. The bank has been knowledgeable and made my banking easy and timely. They know their business. Ana a teller has been extremely helpful and pleasant as has all of the tellers at this location.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go this Wells Fargo location and IF you are considering opening a new account -- I recommend choosing a DIFFERENT BANK entirely. I had a bad experience at this location (13749 Research Blvd) today (Sat 2/29 @ 12:10 p.m.). I needed help w a simple banking matter and there were 4 people signed in to visit w a banker (who on this Saturday was the branch mgr - and was already working w a 5th customer). There were 5 more employees working the lobby/drive through area and I was the only customer in line. I asked a very nice gentlemen for assistance and explained my circumstances and what I needed. He told me that he couldn't help but that there were 2 other people working in his area that would be able to assist. He asked the first one (standing 2 feet away) and she simply replied "No", then he called another one over, told her what I was needing and asked if she would help, to which she replied "No" as well. Desperately needing assistance - and knowing that 2 people behind that counter could help me but were choosing not to - I expressed my disappointment - to which the 2nd woman who had refused to help - rudely stated : "Go online and make an appointment and next time you come in you won't have to wait". I replied to her that I probably would not be coming back in. She looked at me and said "Ok" and turned and walked away as I said "I'm glad you're so concerned." I have banked exclusively with Austin Wells Fargo for over 30 years. After my experience with, specifically, this one rude, inconsiderate, lazy and passive aggressive woman working at this WF branch -- I got in my car and drove 1/2 a block down the street and opened 2 new accounts at Chase Bank. At a time when there is such competition for Banks and Investment Companies to get your business -- simple kindness and consideration go a long way. I was treated the opposite of this today by this Wells Fargo employee and in a matter of minutes made the decision to take my business elsewhere - which apparently is "Ok" with them. I found the WF District Mgr's (@ Sheema Patel) contact information and will be reaching out to her personally to discuss on Monday. It will be interesting to see if this culture starts further up the chain at WF or if she cares to listen to and address my concerns regarding this occurrence.

You need to force yourself to laugh at the irony to keep from getting irritated to a point of no return. When depositing cash (with all correct and necessary information attached), I was told that they cannot deposit cash into an account unless in the form of a check- REALLY? What bank on this earth can’t accept cash for deposit?? Wells Fargo still takes the cake in making simple things painfully complicated.

I wish I could give zero stars for my very unpleasant visit. I have banked with Wells Fargo for over 8 years and today I went in to speak with someone regarding charges to my account that SHOULD NOT HAVE been. First off to the girl who tried to CONVINCE me that I was wrong and that my mobile Wells Fargo app was lying how is that even possible. And to the male who I spoke with who said that I did have that over draft service and tried to cover her a** by saying she “probably didn’t know what she was talking about” and when I went to let the lady know that I did have that service the male in no way tried to help her understand that she was mistaken or that she was wrong he just stood there like a deer in headlights. The lady even went so far as trying to say I was wrong and didn’t know what I was talking about. As soon as I got home I called the 1-800 number and was told that the female who helped me initially had removed my over draft service and that they were trying to pull fraudulent moves. Wow! Definitely closing my account as soon as tomorrow! Beware this location. I have never had a problem before but for someone to try and convince that an app that they promote to you is wrong that’s just a flag ❌.
