Overall, a great shopping experience. I've made a few trips to see these guys and try to make up my mind on a new flat top and fryer. Mr Turk Denktos helped me each time I came and his knowledge of the equipment helped in my decision process tremendously. Go and check them out.

Beware of no service after the sale.... just because you're buying new means nothing in regards to reliability!!!!! I purchased numerous pieces of equipment in May of 2022.... Which included two Pitco fryers. we installed the fryers along with all the other equipment.... Neither fryer would work when placed in service.... We were able to get one fryer up and running... But the second fryer has never worked... We are now in October of 2022.... Chefsdeal has done nothing to make sure that we benefited from the purchase we made from their company... I would assume that they benefited from the money that I spent on this junk.... It's difficult to operate a restaurant without the proper equipment... So we had to place back in service our old fryer... The 8 service visits to get this junk pitco fryer to work... have been unsuccessful.... So the fryer still sits in storage.... I think they've replaced every part on the fryer except the flame....They are not worried about any kind of hardship placed upon your restaurant when they sell you equipment.... Service after the sale is virtually non-existent..... I honestly believe that they are not worried about repeat business... Because as most people know not many last in the restaurant business.... I have been to there business twice about this fryer.... Numerous emails.... Always promising to take care of the problem..... A business worth their salt would have replaced the unit four service visits ago at minimum.... Terrible terrible terrible customer service..... Got my money and that's all they're worried about.... Run run run from these people... Oh...and Lee, please don't leave me one of your concerned customer replies where you ask me to call you to get this worked out.... Like you didn't know about it.... Because you've not responded to at least my last three emails..... It's fake when you do it publicly to act like you're a concerned good business.
