No one called me in advance to let me know when they will show up for my appointment! I’m waiting for them three hours at home!!! They advertised that customer will receive phone call 30-45 minutes prior to the appointment. Finally after 4th call, Brandy, who is the customer service representative, she’s really helpful and reached out to the technician supposed to be here. The technician told her that he came early, but no one at home. Of course, I’m not there. I scheduled 6pm and he came at 5:20pm and without calling me to let me know he’s on the way. I’m so disappointed for the unprofessional service

On a 90 degrees day (2 days ago) I agreed to $109 fee for estimate on ac repair. ARS quoted me $1900 -2000 to replace bad copaciter, failing motor, and diagnostics fee. We were uncertain and thus had to sleep in severe conditions while we considered ARS proposal. 2 mornings later my boss' AC company came out, replaced capacitor, told me motor looked fine, then charged me less than $200. I feel the ARS estimate was bogus and they owe me refund, yet they will not refund my money (contrary to their advertising on radio and internet). Be very wary of these guys.
