Update to owner: if this location is such a hot spot then why wouldn’t you have better planning especially when your being referred to for a show or concert. Having customers wait nearly 4 hrs to get out of a parking garage is not acceptable time frame/service. Also thanks for a public reply because I asked for a refund and owner never replied. Update: 3hrs and 40 mins and were out of this parking garage. 1/4 cars are still in garage because people left their cars and took cabs home. This whole situation could of been avoided with better planning. ticket-master should not recommend this place when buying tickets. The police did not assist either. complete disaster! We have now been sitting in our truck for three hours and literally have not moved after the Kevin hart concert. Not one space. I will never use this place again. I also told security same thing and he said that’s fine as he had his feet on a chair and not a care in the world.

Did you get the figured out? Have the same question tonight.
I usually arrive about an hour early, it's a very congested area. Depending on which way you are leaving turning left out of the garage puts you on the interstate faster but the NFL draft is the same weekend so it's going to be murder.
Parking is first come first serve . There are no assigned parking spots
I don't think so. When I was there they had fees based on how long you were parked. When I used this garage, I had purchased a parking pass when I bought the the tickets for the concert I attended.
It's a couple of blocks. It was really hard to find the exit to get out of the garage though.
Got mine through email...download it on phone and show at the parking garage
Thanks for reaching out, Clarence! Rates change based on events in the area and proximity to those events. Reservations for various locations can be made by visiting: https://premierparking.parkmobile.io/search
Look at the parking pass first web site for the event second
Go to Ticketmaster
Yes it's pretty well lit, has 987 Parking Spaces (not sure how many levels) but it does have Elevators!
Parking is first available . No reserved spots so the sooner the better .
It will be ugly I suggest using one of the Nashville channel apps and check
I would contact whoever you bought it from to see if you can be refunded for it.
Its open 24/7 u can park 2hrs bedore your show start time jst google for directions i beleive its 3rd ave
I had bought a ticket online but couldn't figure out how to get the machine to scan the code. I ended up paying again.
If the Venue has a partnership with them...if Bridgestone ten yes
I just walked in . They asked for the parking ticket once I left .
Yes . There is a booth where you can pay .
There was a occupied booth when I went . They take all forms of payment .
$20. I've seen it as high as $30
Not sure about overnight parking. I can't find anything on the website about it. I'm pretty sure they forbid overnight parking. They will remain open late for special events.
Hey wondering what happend I’m also going to concert soon and got a mobile ticket from ticket master. How early can you park?
