They always keep it clean. But lot rent is high.

We love our home, but we pay extra for trash pickup which sometimes only comes every other week. Also we pay extra for a nice swimming pool that is hardly ever open. We had to go an hour away most of the summer to a friend's pool.

They will not pick up all the Stray animals around the park so there's hundreds trash never comes on time sometimes they don't come for 3 weeks keep raising rent but won't fix the streets or the playground and half the time you can't get in the pool all in all the place needs a lot of TLC

Being that it is going to be a service dog they probably would alow. There are a few big dogs in here. All dogs must be on a leash and not allowed to run free.
Don't know for sure
What kind of trailer, ? they have variety... best of luck...
Best thing to do is call them, if not there are plenty of parks nearby, cedar glen lot rent is rather expensive.
No
No. It was closed due to the rain last night and possible thunderstorms this afternoon.
That would depend on what class of felony and conviction. You could call and I will be happy to discuss it with you.Regard the statement about the property taxes, that is not correct. Homeowners here DO NOT pay real estate tax on the land. Home owners here pay personal property taxes on the home alone, the assessment form the county has nothing to do with the land. This is very clearly stated in the personal property tax notice that is sent out every year at the end of November. We do have troublesome spots in the community, but we work every year with-in a budget to repair the spots that are most needed. We have spent well over $300,000 in the past 5 years on road repair alone. With a community this large we simple cannot repave every road at the same time without have a very significant lot rent increase. We work within a strict budget to insure that we don't have huge increases in lot rent each year. We don't have enough significant weather events to warrant a contract to salt roads
No it is not
