Management and maintenance changes like their underwear.. never could get things fixed having to feel like I'm begging for it.. once i got my Esa dog I was told I'd have to move or get rid of the animal they wasn't approving the animal when they had paperwork and was sent several times..

I really wish my neighbors could be more considerate with parking and trash pick up. The complex staff are nice people but the atmosphere of the complex is not. I hate letting my children go outside because there is always some type of mess going on and the neighbor children are very rowdy and disrespectful. If I was able to move, I would but that’s wishful thinking.

Yes they are almost always leasing
They are not based on income in a sense of how much your rent will be but they are income based which is you can not make over a certain amount and live here. It sounds the same but it's different.

Possibly, but it may require additional funds. I would call the office and ask for the property manager Rochelle. She is kind and knowledgeable and will answer your questions for you.

I have lived here for three years. I am the Activity Coordinator. And I enjoy living here. Some of the appliances could be updated, but other than that it's a good community for kids and pet owners. The schools are great also. And your in an area where everything is close by.
