I don't understand how you can be income restriction at $65, 000 and charging $1,300 a month for rent

Are the phones disconnected in the office there or what ? You guys never answer the phone and you only do I person applications how about reaching back to applicants and potential tenants this is horrible

UNITS ARE DECENT BUT THE APPLIANCES ARE OUTDATED AND THE MANAGEMENT ARE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. THE MAINTENANCE PERSON LIVES ON SITE BUT GOSSIPS AND WATCHES OVER THESE ADULTS THATS PAYING RENT LIKE HES THE DEAN OR WARDEN OF A PRISON OR SOMETHING AND HE IS SURE TO MAKE SURE THE OFFICE STAFF DON'T STAY LONGER THAN 2 TO 3 MONTHS. RESIDENTS ARE OK BUT WOULD NOT BE MY FIRST SECOND OR THIRD CHOICE IF THE RISING RATES IN THIS AREA WAS'NT A THING.
